Sales Rep Performance Survey
- Rita a manager, has a team of 10 sales reps she manages and she would like to measure their client/customer experience satisfaction rates… real time.
- She will be using the same 4 questions for each sales rep and would like the company logo in the survey.
- The clients/customers may be using a in-office Kiosk or Web link (URL) that was emailed to them to capture the feedback.
- When a customer is Very Dissatisfied, Rita would like an email alert sent to her so she can address the issue immediately, so she can institute the company service recovery guidelines to enhance the relationship with the client/customer.
