Lenny’s Restaurant Survey

• Lenny the CEO wants to conduct a real time survey of each restaurant using the same 3 questions for all of them.
• When a customer is Very Dissatisfied he would like an email or text alert sent to the manager and the director.
• Since the survey is Real Time and a constant, he would like the ability to view the results in the reports for specific time periods (Date range).
• He would like to use an iPad or Kiosk at each table or for the patrons to use their phone to take the survey.
