Sara the CEO wants to conduct a real time survey of each service line based on the Best patient experience questions and will be using the same 5 questions for each service line. She would also like to see how each care team is performing and will classify the care team by provider.
When a customer is Very Dissatisfied she would like an email or text alert sent to the manager and the director and also alert if a request for a Leader to contact a patient was submitted.
She would like to use an iPad or Kiosk at each table or for the patients to be able to use their phone or any internet connected device to take the survey.
Since the survey is Real Time and a constant, she would like the ability to view the results in the reports for specific time periods (Date range).
