Global Health Survey
- Mary the CEO wants to conduct a real time survey of each Site/Service line based on the questions provided and will be using the same # of questions for each service line. She would also like to see how each care team is performing and will classify the care team by provider.
- When a customer is Very Dissatisfied she would like an email or text alert sent to the manager and the director and also alert if a request for a Leader to contact a patient was submitted.
- Since the survey is Real Time and a constant, she would like the ability to view the results in the reports for specific time periods (Date range). Also by demographics (Sex, Race). Also by Age if possible (Maybe just export by age).
- She would like to use an iPad or Kiosk at each table or for the patients to be able to use their phone or any internet connected device to take the survey.
